A Registered BAS Agent is legally authorised by the ATO to prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements on your behalf. Not all bookkeepers hold this registration — it requires specific qualifications and ongoing compliance with the Tax Practitioners Board. Antoinette Crouch is a Registered BAS Agent (Agent #26211942), which means ALC can lodge directly with the ATO. An unregistered bookkeeper cannot.
